Our Vision

Moor Row Primary School delivers access to an education that provides "Learning for Life" through the teaching of life skills and a broad curriculum that expands horizons and is inclusive to all.

Where aspirations and standards are raised and which allows the achievement of the individual's full all-round potential.

We have a duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children in our school; to facilitate this we have in place a Safeguarding policy and procedures.

At times we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies when there are concerns about a child’s welfare.

A copy of our Safeguarding Policy and procedures is available from school and further information on children’s welfare may be found on The Cumbria Local Safeguarding Children Board (known as ‘Cumbria LSCB’) website: www.cumbrialscb.com

Cumbria LSCB is the key statutory mechanism for agreeing how agencies will co-operate to safeguard and promote the welfare of children in its locality and for ensuring the effectiveness of its activity.

Please see the DFE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ for further information.
